Installation and usage
Initializes webnovel projects with settings, outline framework, and state.json. Supports quick/standard/deep modes. Activates when user wants to start a new novel or /webnovel-init.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use webnovel-init
