Installation and usage
Creates new Agent Skills (SKILL.md + optional scripts/references) that follow the Agent Skills spec. Use when the user asks to create, structure, validate, or improve an agent skill.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use creating-skills
