Installation and usage
Use this skill for EVERY ClawRouter release. Enforces the full checklist — version sync, CHANGELOG, blockrun server constant, build, tests, npm publish, git tag, GitHub release. No step can be skipped.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use release
