Installation and usage
Convert raw task input into a machine-safe execution plan or explicitly refuse to proceed. Use before any code changes in unattended/headless mode to ensure deterministic, safe task execution.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
