Batch update ARB translation files across all languages when new translation keys are added to English and Chinese files; use when adding new i18n strings to the Flutter app.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
