Skip a flaky or broken test with proper issue tracking. Use when asked to skip a test, disable a test, or mark a test as flaky.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use skip-test-with-issue
