Installation and usage
Build, pack, and run .NET MAUI integration tests locally. Validates templates, samples, and end-to-end scenarios using the local workload.

使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use run-integration-tests
