Installation and usage
Implements new TCL builtin commands or subcommands in feather. Use when adding new TCL commands like lrepeat, or new subcommands to existing commands like namespace.
インストール
$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use implement-builtin
