Test and run the vibereps exercise tracker. Use when user wants to launch, restart, or test the exercise UI. Handles killing existing instances and launching fresh.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use test-tracker
