Installation and usage
Create a new agent skill following the Agent Skills specification. Use this when the user asks to create a new skill or update an existing one to match the standard.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use create-skill
