Installation and usage
Create video clips from chapter timestamps using ffmpeg. Use when given a video file and timestamps/chapters to split into separate clips.
インストール
$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use video-clipper
