Installation and usage
Gate 2 of the development cycle. VALIDATES that observability was correctly implemented by developers. Does NOT implement observability code - only validates it.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
