Installation and usage
Create time-based system routines (cron/launchd) for scripts or commands. Use this for OS-level scheduling, NOT for Jazz Workflows.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use create-system-routine
