Installation and usage
Build complete agent prompts deterministically via Python script. Use BEFORE spawning any BAZINGA agent (Developer, QA, Tech Lead, PM, etc.).

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use prompt-builder
