Installation and usage
Measures Aspire application startup performance using dotnet-trace and the TraceAnalyzer tool. Use this when asked to measure impact of a code change on Aspire application startup performance.

使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
