Installation and usage
Helper agent to scaffold new Gemini CLI skills. Use this when the user wants to "make a new skill", "add a skill", or "teach you a new capability" via the skill system.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use create-skill
