Split a PR into multiple PRs to reduce the number of required CODEOWNERS reviewer groups. Use when the user asks to split a PR, reduce reviewer groups, or break up a large PR.

使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
