Local speech-to-text using OpenAI Whisper. Runs fully offline after model download. High quality transcription with multiple model sizes.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use local-whisper
