上传文件到内部 BS3 存储（免签名）。Use when user asks to upload files, images, documents to storage, or get a shareable URL for a file.
インストール
$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use file-upload
