Installation and usage
Refresh or rebuild the bundled Lumen index for the current project, preferring MCP-driven refreshes and using the CLI only for an explicit clean rebuild.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use reindex
