Build and install amd-smi from source. Use when: building locally, installing before tests, pre-review build verification, build + install + verify.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use amdsmi-build-install
