Installation and usage
Analyze the current session and propose improvements to skills. Run after using a skill to capture learnings. Use when user says "reflect", "improve skill", "learn from this", or at end of skill-heavy sessions.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use reflect
