Installation and usage
Execute the RED phase of TDD by writing a failing test for the next unmarked item in PLAN.md. Writes tests with Korean descriptions and confirms test failure.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
