Installation and usage
Initialize project and set up competition environment (all-in-one). Use when starting a new Kaggle/atmaCup competition project or when user invokes /setup.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use setup
