Installation and usage
Release safety rules. INVOKE WHEN: yarn release, npm publish, release canary, release packages, publishing, skip checks, skip tests. NEVER skip checks or tests without explicit permission.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
