Installation and usage
Records user English prompts for vocabulary learning. When user's English is unclear, uses AskUserQuestion to clarify before proceeding.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use prompt-recorder
