Installation and usage
Handles one layer of task execution. Groups ready tasks into batches, spawns batch agents, and processes merge queue after each batch.

$ install --globalskills.sh
使い方
インストール後、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを実行してこのスキルを使用できます：
skills use execute-layer
